Otis was the founder of Goodreads, which he built into a 100 million user social network for people who love reading. He sold the company to Amazon in 2013 and spent 6 years running the business within Amazon. Otis is passionate about digital consumer products, especially around health, has a deep understanding of how the internet works from a technical and business perspective, is a fastidious and skilled interviewer, and a wonderful advisor to entrepreneurs. He is based in Southern California, is a keen cook, triathlete and surfer, and is working on his next big project.
