About
Pam Chan is a Managing Partner at Lingotto and CIO of the Mosaic Strategy. Pam joined from BlackRock, where she was most recently Chief Investment Officer and Head of Direct Private Opportunities. Having spent 11 years at the firm, she co-founded and grew the firm’s cross-asset private markets team from zero to over $12 billion. She also served on BlackRock’s firmwide Global Operating Committee and Alternatives Executive Committee. Prior to BlackRock, Pam worked for the Financial Stability Board, Bridgewater and Goldman Sachs. Pam graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with a joint concentration in Philosophy and Government and earned an MBA with high honors from Harvard Business School. She was also named one of 2022’s Women of Influence in Private Markets and World Economic Forum Young Global Leader (Class of 2020).
