Pancham is an accomplished biopharmaceutical leader who is passionate about leveraging advanced capabilities to advance healthcare innovation. He brings extensive multidisciplinary experience in biotech & pharma commercial strategy, global marketing and new product planning. Pancham has served in commercialization roles at Amgen, Seagen, Pfizer & Revolution Medicines supporting global launches for multiple therapeutics to treat serious conditions across oncology, autoimmune, cardio-metabolic disease areas. He earned a Master's degree in the Business of Biosciences from the Keck Graduate Institute, where he received the Exemplary Leadership Award. He holds an MS in Biotechnology from UC Irvine, a Bachelor's Engineering Degree from the Vellore Institute of Technology, and an AI in Healthcare Certification from Stanford.
