With over 17 years of experience in the financial sector across national and multinational companies in the consulting and financial markets segments, Paola has built her career managing cash flow across multiple subsidiaries, leading finance restructuring processes, and implementing budgeting, forecasting, reporting systems, ERP systems, and transfer pricing studies. She has held leadership roles at organizations such as Warburg Pincus and Jus Capital. Paola holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie University, a Certificate in Finance from FIA/USP, and a Post Degree in Accounting from Langara College.
