This led him to VirtuOz, a chatbot startup, in 2003, imagining AI interfaces before they were mainstream. Later, at Checkr, he was the 9th employee and was its first executive, leading GTM for four years and resulting in nine-figures in revenue. Pascal is an operator at heart, which is why he founded Noosa Labs to acquire and grow B2B SaaS companies, balancing vision with hands-on execution. As an investor, Pascal was an early backer of Checkr, Notion, Wag, Spotter, and Womply.
