Patrick De Silva is the Chief Investment Partner at Pix Vine Capital (PixVC), a global Investment firm that provides early stage funding to start-up and seed companies. In the past, as CEO of Rutledge Oilfield Group, he was instrumental in creating highly successful joint ventures as he expanded the company's services to multiple continents, creating a global footprint with clients like ExxonMobil, Chevron, BP, Total and Shell. Patrick founded PixVC, to provide a significant bridge between Asia and global start-ups/investors, focusing initially on Israel. In a short period of time, he has built a strong expertise in Med-Tech and Mobile-Web Technologies with a portfolio of over 40 investments and two exits.
