Patrick McCloskey is the Founder and Managing Partner of Aeterna Capital Partners, a family office backed private investment firm seeking to make direct and select fund level investments with a focus on closely held/family-owned businesses within the lower middle market. Throughout his career, Mr. McCloskey has participated in more than 150 private transactions – as both principal and agent – representing billions of dollars of capital across a variety of industries and geographic regions including North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, India and Australia.
