Per is a venture partner at RallyCry Ventures where he leads RallyCry’s Boston EDU work. Per mentors early stage teams, sits on investor panels and evaluates Boston deal flow for RallyCry. Per’s style as he says is ‘to put a cold set of eyes’ on the startup. Per thinks if a team is going to put off other work options to work on a startup, they should have a clear, truthful understanding of the deal. His work is focused on how the team can pass/fail their hypothesis within 3 months. Per’s experience includes 20 years of marketing/sales experience, the majority in B2B models. After 7 years contracted to American Express Financial Advisors, Per has worked with three SaaS companies that have exited. He has also help found 2 startups, one a hard tech and the other software.
