Pete’s experience focuses on general management, leadership, & sales strategy. Pete led Seventh Generation’s business development and Ventures efforts. He specialized in driving deeper partnerships with retailers, building capabilities such as joint business planning and shopper marketing, and developing global distribution. As SVP of Customer Development at Burt’s Bees, Pete executed the retail expansion strategy – expanding with major global retail partners while enhancing brand equity. He also led teams at L’Oréal and Unilever.
