Prior to joining NextEquity, Rachit was a Senior Vice President at Carrick Capital Partners where he focused on growth equity investments in technology and services companies. Prior to Carrick, Rachit was a Vice President at Symphony Technology Group, where he was focused on investment in software companies. Previously, Rachit worked as an investment banker at Lazard and Barclays, focusing on M&A, capital raise, and restructuring advisory engagements across various industries.
