Rajesh Mishra is the Head of Data Science & Engineering at January Capital, where he leads the firm’s data strategy, enterprise architecture, and engineering initiatives. He brings deep expertise in building scalable data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and full-stack systems that support investment workflows and portfolio intelligence. Before joining January Capital, Rajesh held senior engineering and architecture roles at Peak XV Partners, Sequoia Capital, and Rubrik, where he designed large-scale cloud systems and led cross-functional engineering teams. Earlier in his career, he worked on enterprise technology and cloud transformation projects at Accenture and NDTV. Rajesh holds a B.Tech in Information Technology from Lovely Professional University.
