Rajiv was co-founder and managing partner of Mercury Capital, a DeFi-focused market-neutral hedge fund, where he managed strategy selection and portfolio deployment. His 15 years of traditional finance experience include leadership roles in electronic trading at Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, and Goldman Sachs.
