Ralf De Clercq

About

Ralf has more than 20 years of international experience in private equity and corporate finance, bringing extensive expertise and a broad private equity network across Europe, the United States and Asia. As a member of the Principal Investments team at BNP Paribas in Paris and Brussels, he spent more than 12 years building and managing the bank's proprietary portfolio of international private equity funds and co-investments. Ralf also served on the advisory boards of several leading international private equity funds. Earlier in his career, he worked at PwC Corporate Finance, where he advised companies and private equity funds on mergers and acquisitions. Ralf holds a degree in Applied Economics and a Master's in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School.
