Remi Guarini is an operations and strategy leader specializing in building high-performing venture platforms and scaling early-growth companies. As the first hire at Neon, she has helped shape the firm from inception and leads firm operations, fundraising execution, investor relations, and portfolio management, while also serving as a member of the investment team. Remi has spent her career building businesses end-to-end, from long-term strategy and organizational design to the operational systems and execution required to scale. Her experience spans venture capital, consumer brands, and clinical research. Prior to Neon, Remi led strategy and operations initiatives at Maison Kitsuné, where she oversaw retail and café expansion, wholesale, marketing, PR, and operational execution, while also helping launch the company’s venture initiatives.
