Renée Beaumont

Renée is an expert in investment management, investor relations, and sustainability. Renée is the former COO at Lafayette Square, an investment platform that “seeks to stimulate economic growth through the creation and preservation of working-class jobs.” She is also a former Partner at Generation Investment Management, a multi-billion dollar firm that focuses on sustainable capitalism across public and private equity. Prior to Generation, Renée served as Managing Director and Global Head of Business Development at Providence Equity Partners LLC after almost a decade at Goldman Sachs & Co., where she was a Managing Director in its Merchant Banking Division. Renée began her career as an attorney at Shearman & Sterling LLP and clerk for the British Columbia Court of Appeals.
