is an investment manager who identifies founders and businesses with high growth potential. After finishing a Bachelor of Business at Bath University, Richard began his career in London as managing director of a food distribution business. Richard grew the company internationally, acquiring businesses in Australia and NZ before successfully selling the company in 2009. Moving to Melbourne in 2010, Richard joined Paterson's Securities where he built a loyal private client base and helped a range of companies list on the ASX. He has established a reputation for funding and advising private and listed companies within Australia, the UK and Europe.
