Riin is Finance Manager at Karma Ventures, responsible for fund administration, financial management, and compliance. With over 20 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and modelling, she brings a steady hand and sharp perspective to the operational core of the fund. Before joining Karma, Riin worked with Metro Capital and PwC, gaining deep insight into financial and legal structures across both international and fast-moving environments. She also leads Karma’s ESG and compliance work ensuring the method holds, all the way through.
