Rob is a senior executive in Allan & Gill Gray Foundation, broadly responsible for its interests in Africa. He is a director of Allan Gray Group Limited, Orbis Holdings Limited, Orbis Allan Gray Limited and Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropy Africa NPC. Rob joined Allan Gray Limited in 2003 and was Chief Operating Officer of that company from 2009 to 2018.
