About
Robert is the Chief Legal Officer for VoLo Earth Ventures. Before co-founding the Firm, he founded Harding Law to service clients within the clean energy space across business law, contract review, and corporate transactions, as well as served as General Counsel for Skint Acquisition LLC. He brings over 20 years of startup and venture capital legal experience to VoLo Earth, and has collaborated with key stakeholders to negotiate and help close multi-million-dollar licensing contracts with Fortune 500 companies. Robert sees impact investing as the best way to address climate change and is excited to leverage the team’s industry expertise to optimize investments.
