About
Rocco Sgobbo is a partner at Nextech Invest Ltd. In a career that spans over 30 years and included postings in New York, western Europe, Russia and Asia, Rocco built and led a number of investment businesses. Before joining Nextech in 2016, Rocco spent more than two decades with AIG and by the early 2000s was Asia chief executive of the group’s wealth management business. He also worked as a managing director and East Asia regional head of investment solutions for the Swiss-based private markets specialists, Partners Group.
