Ronny leads Capital Markets at Companyon Ventures. He works closely with Companyon’s portfolio to create a long-term capital strategy and quarterbacks the portfolio’s follow-on equity financings, venture debt solutions, and liquidity events. Ronny also oversees deal sourcing for Companyon through its deal feeder network and the firm’s fundraising and investor relations function. Prior to Companyon, Ronny was on the Capital Markets team at OpenView Venture Partners. Before OpenView, Ronny was a founding member of Cambridge Associates’ (CA) direct investment & co-investment practice focusing on venture capital and private equity transactions. During his time, he executed almost 50 transactions and invested $1.2B on behalf of CA’s clients. Ronny also served as a member of CA’s private investment valuation committee.
