Rosemary is the Operations Manager at RET Ventures, where she joined in October 2021 as an Executive Assistant and has since transitioned into a broader operational role. She brought over nine years of personal and executive assistant experience, including work at Bain & Company and serving as Personal Assistant for a private $2.2bn net worth family. In her current role, Rosemary handles event planning, conference coordination, IT support, HR administration, and office management while continuing to serve as Executive Assistant to a firm partner. She holds a B.S. from the University of New Hampshire and an M.S. from Boston University, both in Tourism & Economic Development. Her executive support experience provides a foundation for managing both leadership needs and operational functions at the firm.
