Ruby returns for her second tour of duty with Bridgewest Ventures, stepping back into the role of Investment Manager. After spending two incredible years in London gaining international experience as an Associate with the Marwood Group, she has made her way back to New Zealand and the BVNZ team. Ruby brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to the table, blending her recent global insights with a strong foundational background in innovation, growth advisory, and intellectual property. With prior experience at KPMG and Plant & Food Research, alongside nearly three years shaping our pipeline and investment strategy during her first stint with us, Ruby has a proven eye for identifying and nurturing early-stage deep tech ventures.
