Ryan focuses on identifying, piloting, and driving adoption of early-stage PropTech, ConTech, and InfraTech solutions across the built world. Ryan partners with startups in Suffolk Technologies’ portfolio and BOOST accelerator, connecting founders with Suffolk’s jobsites, operators, and industry network to validate, deploy, and scale their technologies in the field. He also authors ongoing research on emerging technology trends reshaping the industry. Prior to Suffolk, Ryan worked in commercial leasing and real estate technology at Boston Properties, where he drove PropTech innovation and business strategy. Ryan earned a BS in Finance from Siena College.
