Safiya is dedicated to strengthening Iowa’s entrepreneurial landscape through her leadership as Portfolio Manager for InnoVenture Iowa’s $40M public co-investment fund. In this role, she works closely with more than 20 portfolio-company boards and 40+ startup founders, helping align follow-on investment strategies and cultivating strong partnerships that accelerate the growth of early-stage companies across the state.
