Sarah is a corporate finance lawyer turned venture capitalist with investing, legal & leadership experience. She is located in Montreal and involved in all aspects of DV’s operations including deal sourcing, diligence and investment monitoring. She assists in various legal and operational requirements of the Fund and its Portfolio Companies. Sarah formerly worked as an investment associate and legal counsel at Otimo Retail, a family office whose evergreen fund focus is on technology and retail technology companies. Her passion for advancing women’s entrepreneurial success & helping create a more equitable & profitable environment for women in VC in Canada lead her to Disruption Ventures.
