Scott Johnson

In his investment career spanning over two decades, Scott has led investments in information technology companies throughout the US, at all stages.   He began his investment career at Cambridge Technology Capital Fund, and leveraged a strong early track record to found DFJ New England, an early-stage affiliate fund of DFJ (now Threshold).  DFJ New England merged into NAV.VC, where he led early stage investments primarily in Boston and New York.  Upon hearing some early themes of the book Blitzscaling from Chris Yeh, Scott departed NAV to  to co-found Blitzscaling Ventures.  Scott began his career writing C code as an early employee of Cambridge Technology Partners, after which he founded Intersense, a virtual reality sensor company now part of Gentex.
