is the CEO of IPS Ventures, with extensive experience in content and ICT service/commerce investments. Prior to joining IPS Ventures, he served as an Executive Director at Woori Venture Partners, where he managed multiple funds as a lead fund manager. He continues to serve as an expert committee member for organizations including the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA), the Korean Film Council (KOFIC), and the Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KOTEC). Mr. Lee holds a B.A. in History from Yonsei University.
