Shaila Lothe

About

Shaila joined the Kalos team in 2026 to support sourcing, diligence, and portfolio work across the fund's focus areas. Prior to joining Kalos, Shaila was an Associate Consultant in Bain & Company's New York office, where she specialized in growth-stage companies and private equity due diligence across industries. She was also involved with Inspire, a nonprofit low bono consulting initiative, as a project leader for education and workforce cases. In addition to Bain, Shaila has spent time with Endeavor across Latin America, Africa, and Europe, producing research to catalyze capital in emerging economies. These experiences convinced her of venture capital's role in driving economic opportunity.
