Shaun is Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Frontier IP. He is an ICAEW-qualified chartered accountant with extensive experience in corporate finance, scaling businesses, and delivering successful exits. He has more than 20 years’ experience in senior financial leadership roles, including more than 15 years at board-level, with a focus on fundraising, mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”), and growth strategy. Most recently, he was CFO at Actimed Therapeutics, and before then, CFO of Destiny Pharma. He has held senior corporate finance roles at HSBC Investment Bank, BDO LLP, Evolution Securities and PwC.
