Shelly leads the fund's finance, legal and operations related matters. She is responsible for the management of the finance department, LP's reporting and taxation, portfolio companies, monitoring and support, and investments' financial & legal due diligence and analysis. Shelly brings with her over 8 years of experience in the financial aspects of the Venture Capital ecosystem. Prior to joining State of Mind Ventures, Shelly was Manager at E&Y Hi-Tech practice, where she worked closely with start-up companies along all stages from Seed to IPO, as well as with many Venture Capital Funds. Shelly is a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A) and holds a B.A in Accounting and Business Management from the College of Management.
