About
Since joining CTI LSF at its inception in 2006, Shermaine has played a critical role in each of the firm's investments. In Fund I, she led the investments in Medicago, which was acquired by Mitsubishi Tanabe for $357 M in 2013, and Zymeworks, which went public in 2017. She was also a board observer in Enobia, which was acquired by Alexion in 2012 for >$1B. In Fund II, Shermaine led the investments in Vaxcyte, which became Fund II’s top success story, and IMV and Phenomic AI. Shermaine is an active board director of Phenomic AI and Ability Pharma.
