About
Shijiro leads Reinventure’s diligence — running founder intake, financial-model analysis, and the selection decisions behind every investment. She joined in 2019 and became Partner in 2024. Before venture, she worked across government and international development on economic policy and global investment — at Mongolia’s Prime Minister’s Office, the UNDP, and GIZ.
