After completing graduate school, he joined Goldman Sachs Japan Co., Ltd. in 2001. He worked on derivatives operations in the Operations division. In 2006 he transferred to Goldman Sachs & Co. (New York), where he was in charge of project management. In 2010 he became Head of Operations at Goldman Sachs Asset Management Co., Ltd. In 2015 he moved to Goldman Sachs Japan Co., Ltd., where he was in charge of the Funding and Information Management Operations Department. In 2017 he joined Institution for a Global Society Co., Ltd. as COO. In 2018 he became a Director, heading the administration division and handling preparations for the IPO. In 2019 he joined Tokyo University of Science Innovation Capital Co., Ltd. In the same year, he became President of the University of Washington Japan Alumni Association. He graduated from the University of Puget Sound in Washington, USA, and completed the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington (MBA).
