Srikanth Tanikella is our Managing Partner with over 25 years of experience in leading business growth, organizational scale up, and client engagement in Global and Domestic B2B Outsourcing. Prior to founding Pavestone, Srikanth was the COO of CAMS, where he oversaw the company’s support of the Mutual Fund industry through a seven-year journey that included a more than three-fold increase in AUM, rapid digitalization, retail expansion, and numerous regulatory changes. He was a member of a key SEBI working committee and played a major part in numerous initiatives that changed the industry. He was part of the Key Management group that led to the successful IPO of CAMS in 2020.
