Stephen Phillips

Stephen Phillips is Vice President at Bios Partners, where he focuses on the diligence and negotiation of new investment opportunities, portfolio company management, and investor relations. Previously, he served as Vice President at Moorea Capital, LLC, a Plano, Texas-based family office investing in biotechnology, real estate, and operating companies. Mr. Phillips majored in Management and received his M.B.A. from Dallas Baptist University, where he competed as an NCAA Division I athlete. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Dallas Baptist University, where he has served as the Chairman of its Audit and Finance Committee. Mr. Phillips also serves on the Board of Will to Cure ALD, a nonprofit dedicated to accelerating research and advancing potential treatments for adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD).
