About
Susan McMann joined RET Ventures in 2026 as Executive Assistant to John Helm. She brings over 20 years of experience as an executive assistant, including 15 years in the financial services industry. Prior to joining RET, Susan worked at DW Healthcare Partners, a Park City–based private equity firm, where she supported two Managing Partners and several portfolio company boards. Previously, she was based in New York City at Warburg Pincus, where she supported a Managing Director on the fundraising team and contributed to the project management team for the firm’s Annual Meeting. Earlier in her career, Susan spent several years supporting C-suite executives at The Hartford Financial Services Group in Hartford, Connecticut. She is a graduate of Katherine Gibbs College. Outside of work, Susan enjoys skiing, hiking, and mountain biking with her husband, and visiting her children in Boston.
