Sviatoslav is the General Counsel at TA Ventures, where he is responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to the Fund. He obtained his bachelor's and master's degrees in international law from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Sviatoslav is also a qualified attorney-at-law admitted to the bar in Ukraine. Before joining TA Ventures, Sviatoslav advised clients on various legal matters, including Corporate and M&A, Antitrust & Competition, Banking & Finance, DR, Employment, and IP matters while working at several leading Ukrainian law firms.
