Tarika is a venture-trained investor and a due diligence advisor bridging science and market insights across climate tech, biotech, and biomanufacturing. Her mission is to bring down the 90% startup failure rate, and she’s passionate about connecting founders with the capital they need to thrive. She has conducted 150+ due diligence and pitch deck assessments, contributing to $6M+ in signed deals, and completed The Venture Institute program, selected from a global pool of 2,500 applicants. Her past work spans Joyful VC, GrayHair Venture Partners, Replicator VC, Boston Bioprocess and the Canadian Food Innovation Network, among others. She founded Trove Biosciences, previously led Operations at Taste Like (acquired by NECTAR), and now supports Spring’s investment team, sourcing deals in climate and health.
