Prior to joining Theia, Toe was as a DeFi Strategist at GSR, a market maker and high-frequency trading firm, where he led liquid DeFi investments and incubation initiatives. Before GSR, he was a Technical Research Analyst at Messari, spearheading coverage of infrastructure and DeFi protocols. Toe began his career as a Data Scientist at IBM after earning a B.S. in Information from the University of Michigan.
