Thomas joined Clearvision Ventures in 2018 and has been an integral part of the firm’s growth since then. He has participated in deals totaling over $2.5 billion, including investments in companies like Gradiant, Zum, Tomorrow.io, and Zanskar. He is involved in all investment-related activities at the firm, which include generating investment theses, conducting research, sourcing deals, due diligence, and portfolio company management. In 2024 Thomas was named to the EVC List of the top 25 rising stars in Venture Capital. Prior to joining Clearvision Ventures, Thomas was an Analyst at GE Ventures, where he worked with AI, Industrial and Cybersecurity related companies, across deal sourcing, research, investments and portfolio management. Thomas graduated with a dual BA in Economics and Mandarin Chinese from Vanderbilt University and attended the LEAD management program at Stanford GSB.
