Co-founder of several neurotech companies, including Intheon, a leading platform for neurodata analysis and BCI, and Sanmai, pioneering clinical therapeutics with focused ultrasound brain stimulation. Led 15+ scientific research programs on systems neuroscience, neural interfaces, and consciousness, funded by NSF, NIH, NASA, DARPA, ARL, Meta, etc. Advisor to government, industry, and investment orgs on the ethical and transformative potential of neurotech and AI. BA’s in Computer and Cognitive Science from UC Berkeley; MSc., PhD from UCSD Cog. Sci. and Institute for Neural Computation and recipient of the Chancellor’s Dissertation Medal.
