About
Tom joined the firm in April 2025 and has over 15 years' experience in entrepreneurship and finance, focused on software and deeptech investing. He previously led the direct investments team at the British Business Bank, deploying an £875m fund into 30+ UK growth companies including Quantexa and Thought Machine, and earlier co-founded Puridify, a biotech manufacturer acquired by GE Healthcare. He holds an MBA from London Business School and is a CFA Charterholder.
