Tomasz is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia and the Faculty of Law of the University of Poitiers. He started his career in Gide Loyrette Nouel, a premier international law firm where he spent 5 years and specialized in consultancy in the implementation of large infrastructure projects, investment financing, and business law and business services. He has almost 10 years’ experience in venture investment and fund structuring in entities all over the world. In addition, he specializes in negotiating commercial contracts, mergers, and acquisitions.
