About
Tomokazu Okuno joined the CCC Group in 2015 as CFO of the Digital Division, where he oversaw corporate planning and led investment activities. In the same year, he established IMJ Investment Partners Japan LLP (“IMJIP Japan”) within the CCC Group, launching the venture capital business in Japan. In 2016, he founded the predecessor of Spiral Capital, and in 2017, the firm became independent from the CCC Group. Before joining the CCC Group, Mr. Okuno spent 13 years in investment banking, advising on M&A and financing transactions at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, and Nikko Salomon Smith Barney.
