About
Varda oversees all financial activity in the fund, including cash management, portfolio company monitoring, investor reporting and financial and tax reporting. Prior to joining Red Dot, Varda was the CFO of several public and private companies, including Blue Phoenix Solutions (NASDAQ: BPHX) and Formula Ventures, an Israel based VC fund. In these roles, Varda focused on M&A activity, equity financing, financial and tax reporting, transfer price methodology, regulatory audit and compliance, risk management and public and private investors relations.
