Venkata Aditya Kalaga holds a Master of Technology Management from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from NTR University of Health Sciences. His graduate work focused on data-driven problem solving and operational strategy across clinical and digital health environments. He previously led workflow optimization, compliance initiatives, and analytics projects at IKS Health, improving documentation accuracy, training programs, and audit outcomes for large care teams. Adi also completed a capstone with the World Telehealth Initiative, developing sponsorship strategy and financial models to support global telehealth expansion. Before that, he contributed to clinical trial coordination at JSS Medical Research and practiced as a dentist.
