About
Viktoriya Tigipko is the Founder and Managing Partner of TA Ventures. As a serial entrepreneur, Viktoriya has built and scaled a number of early digital platforms across Europe. Her legacy business interests are diversified across financial services, industrial machinery distribution, construction, and real estate. Viktoriya is also the founder of the Odesa International Film Festival, IDCEE, and Code Club Ukraine. Additionally, Viktoriya chairs the Board of the Ukrainian Startup Fund, a government-backed initiative supporting Ukrainian startups. Viktoriya holds an M.S. degree from Kyiv National Economics University / Vienna University of Economics and Business, and an MBA from UC Berkeley.
