Vinay is the Chief Financial Officer at Unicorn India Ventures. He works on financial planning and analysing the company's financials as well as proposing strategic directions. He brings over 22 years of experience in information technology and more than 19 years working with venture capital firms. His expertise spans international fund structuring, regulatory consulting, M&A activities, and seed funding. Vinay holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Bombay University and is a Chartered Accountant certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
