At Weave, Vinay sources and evaluates investment opportunities while partnering with portfolio companies on financial reporting and M&A strategy. Vinay brings over a decade of investing experience at Q Investments, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, and the IFC’s Grassroots Business Fund. He also acquired and operated HRO Resources, an HR outsourcing provider eventually sold to a major national PEO. Vinay holds a BA in Political Science from Yale University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School.
